Popular Diabetes Drug Actos (Pioglitazone Hydrochloride) Linked to Bladder Cancer
Have you taken Actos – a pioglitazone-containing diabetes medication – and been diagnosed with bladder cancer?
The FDA has recently announced that use of the medication Actos can result in higher risk of bladder cancer, specifically after more than a year of use.
If you or someone you care about has taken Actos and now suffers from bladder cancer, you may be entitled to compensation. At Darrell Castle & Associates, we are actively pursuing cases against Actos and want to help you get the justice you deserve.

Actos is produced by Takeda Industries and co-marketed by Eli Lilly.
Eli Lilly Zyprexa can *cause* diabetes.
I took Zyprexa a powerful Lilly schizophrenic drug for 4 years it was prescribed to me off-label for post traumatic stress disorder was ineffective costly and gave me diabetes.
Eli Lilly’s #1 cash cow Zyprexa drug sale $40 billion dollars so far,has a ten times greater risk of causing type 2 diabetes over the non-user of Zyprexa. So,here we have a conflict of interest that this same company Eli Lilly also is a big profiteer of diabetes treatment.
(Actos works as an insulin *sensitizer*)
Sooooo,Eli Lilly pushes a drug (Zyprexa) that CAUSES diabetes…. then turn around sell you the drugs (Actos) to treat the diabetes that in turn can cause cancer!
What a wicked scam!

My mother, Ida Farmer, had taken actos for years and had a stroke, heart attack and congested heart failure. Her heart doctor took her off actos 2 years ago because she kept fluid around her heart. Would like to know if she has a case. She hasn’t gone to the doctor as of yet, but she is experiencing bladder problems. Not sure that it will have anything to do with the actos. My mother was put on actos at age 60, she is now 86. She had a stroke in 2001 (?) and heart attact in 2003 (?). Will find out Approximate dates when you need them. My mother was in good heart prior to the stroke and heart attack. She is not obese, 5’8 around 175 – 185 pounds.
Please let me know if she has a case with you. My mom has contacted another lawyer out of Texas but Memphis would be closer.
Thank you
