In this video, Darrell Castle (founder of Darrell Castle & Associates) discusses some of his favorite things about working in bankruptcy and personal injury law, as well what he enjoys doing when he’s not at the office.

Hello I’m Darrell Castle and I’m the founder of the law firm of Darrell Castle & Associates.
Bankruptcy:
My favorite thing about practicing bankruptcy… is… that it gives me a chance to relieve people of burdens that they carry around for years, often for most of their lives – burdens of debt that they just can’t pay, that prevent them from living a normal and happy life. And…like a surgeon who separates his patient from his disease, I separate the client from these burdens that they carry.
Personal Injury:
I started into personal injury as a lawyer during the time of my general practice, after 1984.
It’s a chance to right wrongs that have been done to people, to help people with problems that seem unsolvable sometimes. Quite often people don’t even know what caused their injury until they come in and see us. That situation happens with pharmaceutical injuries and that sort of thing where they really don’t understand what happened to them, and we’re able to help them with that sometimes – and that’s very rewarding.
Personal Life:
I enjoy sitting on my deck and watching the geese on the pond across the street and just hanging out with my family – simple stuff like that. Playing golf, occasionally, when I have time.
