Our History

Darrell Castle and Associates was founded in Memphis, TN, in 1984 by Darrell Castle. At the time, the firm was just one attorney and a secretary in a little office. Over the years we have grown, adding multiple attorneys and staff to our team.

In 2009, we moved into a new office location at 4515 Poplar Avenue in Memphis.

As one of the first firms in Memphis to focus our practice on individual consumer bankruptcy, we have extensive experience in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law.
