Darrell Castle

Darrell Castle grew up in East Tennessee in a small town outside of Kingsport. He graduated from Ketron High School in 1966 and attended East Tennessee State University (ETSU) where he received a Bachelor of Science in History and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1970. Darrell was commissioned as an officer in The United States Marine Corp in 1970 where he served four years. After leaving the Marines, he went to graduate school in history at ETSU and then entered Memphis State University Law School (currently known as the University of Memphis) where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1979. In 1984, Darrell opened a private firm that later grew into Darrell Castle and Associates. He has started law firms in Milwaukee, WI; Detroit, MI; St. Louis, MO; and Kansas City, MO. He is currently affiliated with firms in Kansas City and St. Louis as well as Memphis. Darrell has 25 years legal experience and currently concentrates in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and personal injury.

Hollis W. Craft

Hollis W. Craft was born in Clearwater, Florida in 1965. She graduated from Clearwater High School in 1983 and attended Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1987. Hollis moved to Memphis to pursue her law degree at the University of Memphis. She graduated in May, 1990 and began working at Darrell Castle and Associates in October, 1993. Hollis practices exclusively in consumer bankruptcy.

David Andrew Edward Lumb

David Andrew Edward Lumb grew up in Yorkshire, England. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Arts with honors in American Studies.  After graduation, David came to the United States and as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Mississippi , he received a Master of Arts degree in history.  He attended law school at the University of Memphis where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in May, 1987.  After graduation he practiced law in Memphis before joining Darrell Castle and Associates in March, 2005.  David concentrates on litigation, primarily personal injury and workers' compensation.

Nicholas J. Tansey

Nicholas J. Tansey (Nick) was born and raised in Memphis. He graduated Germantown High School in 1998. In 2002, he graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Nick attended Mississippi College School of Law where he graduated in 2007. Nick joined Darrell Castle and Associates in January 2008 after working as a law clerk for a creditor’s firm for two years. Nick practices exclusively in consumer bankruptcy law.
